If this continues to happen they’ll probably most likely slap a transfer embargo on us or a fine or a points deduction? Or, a combination of or even all three?

Everyone has been paid apart from the Academy, apparently the money was sent to the old account instead of the new one

Really? Call me cynical but that does sound a little amateurish after 3-4 months in. Can’t blame that on Swann surely?

Ok if you insist your cynical. Ended up with another bottle of Jura DM, now that’s a good pay out and it was on time.

We must be shifting plenty of 50% off training gear to pay these wages.

Is there any progress on paying the money to staff pensions which was deducted from their salaries?

Last month a few posters on Twitter / Facebook were trying to blame the Swann legacy for wages being late.

Considering that he claims to have put £3M into Ilkeston (their balance sheet doesn’t reconcile with this statement) and he’s supposedly already into 7-figures here, I have raised the subject on here of his net worth and what people consider it to be and nobody wants to have a stab at it!

Your coming across as a very troubled individual, has Dad stopped paying you pocket money since the bookie incident?

Everytime he writes it I imagine Daddy has just wound up his spring and sent him on here to play again. Just an opinion, isn’t it such good fun though?

I believe the Academy staff still haven’t received their end of July payments.

    Point of Interest:
“There are strict time limits for making a claim to an employment tribunal.
For claims about unpaid wages, you have 3 months minus 1 day from the date you should have been paid.

If you were underpaid or not paid more than once, you have 3 months minus 1 day from the last time it happened.”
    From the ACAS website.

Smith & Daws have the PFA to represent them.

Everyone it involves should read this advice from ACAS:

    https://www.acas.org.uk/if-your-wages-are-not-paid#:~:text=paid%20minimum%20wage.-,Making%20a%20claim%20to%20an%20employment%20tribunal,claim%20to%20an%20employment%20tribunal.

It breaks the minimum wage law not paying employees.
