    A great win today.
However, maybe we need to temper our expectations?
Is there some sort of player protest taking place at Wealdstone?
To ship four goals at home to an out of form Chesterfield last week and then another four to US today – something seems amiss.
If we put in a similar performance and secure a win at County next week, then we’ve obviously turned a corner and I expect us to stay up.
A big defeat and the jitters remain.
The games away at York and home to Torquay will be better indicators as to our progress.
Fingers crossed that we’ve turned that corner and go on to retain NL status.

The thing about being a pessimist is you’re never disappointed!

Pointless thread Rene, anybody with a modicum of football knowledge will know the York and Torquay games will be a better indicator if we are progressing in the right way. Notts County away is a free hit, the majority expect a defeat but a point would be excellent and a win unbelievable, most fans are realistic and aware enough Rene without you stating the bleeding obvious. Stay off the sauce there’s a good lad.

We aren’t going to wallow in our own misery, like you do, Rene.

Certainly not, over 800 tickets sold for Notts not much misery there.

We get a great win, and are rightfully pleased with it. We should celebrate every point we get, because we are badly in need of them.

There is no point in criticizing the team when they lose, if we can’t bring ourselves to praise them when they win…

    Brilliant!
    Back to back wins?
We are 12/1 for the win.
    That is crazy.
    The draw is 9/2.
    Well worth a nibble.

Just under 1400, they’ve now given us another 203 whether that’s it I don’t know.
