Another shocker at home, not really the sort of stuff to encourage people back or to buy season tickets.
If we don’t get a bit more excitement I can’t see Cox been still been here at Christmas, does he realise to win games you need to score goals.

So our keeper who saved us in injury time had a poor game Barton, and what was all his errors, the rest I won’t disagree with though possibly Eisa was probably a 5, forwards very poor today.

You would have thought that after ten days without a match, that we would have been at full speed and at them continually, instead of just going through the motions, apart from Gilliead, they should be brought in tomorrow for extra training.

Mick—–By orrors, I was refering to when he came out for a cornerand spilled the ball, and when dribbling the ball in his area and a Crawley player that was behind him almost robbed him of it, because he was not aware that he was there, but he did play better than usual in a very easy game for goal keepers. and thesave at the end was really just a normal keeper save, noyjing brilliant, but apart from Gulliead and to a lesser extent Onariase the rest of the team were really crap, and another waste of £10.

Got to admit I didn’t see the one where he nearly gifted it to their player, only heard the comments, I nipped to the loo.

Thanks, BS, for your insightful opinions. I must admit that I have lost all faith in the set-up at SUFC at all levels from the top down. Sad, but true!

Bedeau deserves a 7, as I saw it, along with Onariase who did make a few errors. Gilliead – 8.
Howard – 7. That one save alone was not from a powerful shot but a lot of GKs would not have saved it AND he pushed it away from their forwards. (Nearly getting suckered is not as bad as getting suckered.)
Loft – 4. Got a lot of poor ball and was so surprised when he got a good one – he fell over it.

Manager 5. Far too slow to freshen up the 11 on the pitch.

Ref – 9. So professional. I only had two niggles in the entire match. Not like so many refs this season who have given free kicks for any physical contact. He got so much right – I was purring.

After the odd good performance it’s back to the pathetic shite that they served up today. Passing to opponents and passing it out of play. No decent headers either from the strikers or defenders, no running off the ball, no ball controll. Shit players managed by shit coaches. The whole lot of them should be ashamed of themselves. Not a single effort on goal and that’s after the rest they supposedly needed. I have never witnessed such rubbish football in my entire life. Our worse team in history just hit an all time low, how much worse can it get? Frustrated doesent even come close to how I’m feeling right now. When the next game is on I think I will paint some skirting boards an watch them dry instead.

It’s not all about YOU though is it Alcy?

Anyway, back to the game. Where’s the senior pros today?

    Being saved for Carlisle?

You made it about me by claiming I was looking for excuses not to have the vaccine.

we have now failed to get a shot on target in 3 games and registered 1 shot on goal for 6 games this season.

So in a quarter of all matches we have managed 1 or less on target.

We still have a very poor squad and it will get worse.

Nice to see Loft back to his best today. Probably the most frustrating player I’ve ever watched in an Iron shirt! We’ve seen he has some ability (albeit in a limited number of games) but days like today he’s one of the worst strikers we’ve had in recent history. 1 goal in 10 games, time for a spell on the bench and let Olomola have a run.
