Nice idea, one stand won’t bring in millions but these are the partnerships the club does well to encourage

July 28, 2024 at 2:42 am #288777So all we know is they are 3 quid a pop .. they do look good tho that sounds a tad expensive i was guessing 1-50p to 2 quid max or 3 quid for a twin pack.. suppose depends how big they are.
Still no taste or dunk test info ..

Used to getting a bacon cob and cup of tea off his mate, that’s why!
People will pay £2-3 for these things, it’s that price in costa as 64 says.
July 28, 2024 at 9:25 am #288785Is that new for this season 64 you claimed to be at home games last season.
July 28, 2024 at 9:40 am #288786You may have a long wait IFA like you say a tad expensive for footy, it’s not costa it’s a football ground, marks and sparks near the ground sell 8 cookies for £2.50 in the main if people want cookies they will take them in themselves, you can’t take your own into costa totally different scenario.
July 28, 2024 at 10:55 am #288796There’s always a mark up on catering inside venues. If £3 is too expensive they’ll have little trade and will soon stop selling them. If they continue to sell, your answers right there: a reasonable price.

July 28, 2024 at 11:33 am #288798I’m amazed that 64 isn’t raging about American “cookies” being marketed instead of “biscuits”.
July 28, 2024 at 2:24 pm #288810What other word starts with C? Hilton.
July 28, 2024 at 2:27 pm #288811That is my default position but I am reliably informed by a cookie expert that there is a difference between a cookie and a biscuit. I will not risk a divorce for a wind up on here

July 28, 2024 at 3:41 pm #288815From my fairly unscientific research yesterday there were about 20 people ahead of me in the queue and no-one bought a cookie.
Despite it being before half time the only hot food options left were chicken pies and hot dogs. One lady who was complaining bitterly about lack of options was offered a free cookie and refused it.

July 28, 2024 at 4:16 pm #288817The big question. Are there any chips and do the pies stand up to last season’s.
July 29, 2024 at 9:49 am #288835Hopefully the food is actually hot this season…maybe something to do with Tax?
