i took the word of Swan to be true when he said for £11m debt write off he had secured the ground and the surrounds for his other company. Are you saying he wasn’t stating a fact!?

If there was anything good about it Mr Swann would surely have been singing from the highest hillside.
The fact that no official statement has been forthcoming would suggest there isn’t.

Mr Swann stated what had been done when facing questions from Mr David Burns on Radio Humberside.

It is worth noting that there are currently TWO outstanding charges registered with Scunthorpe United at Companies House. The first is to Svenska Handelsbanken AB (a Swedish Bank) in March 2015, and the second is to Coolsilk Property & Investments in February 2018.
For those that don’t know, a charge is often used when a company gives rights over assets in form of a security in return for a loan.
