If Whitehall is out for the remainder of the season (?), how does Stan convert 1:15 (ok, sub appearances lately) Beckdiculous to 1:3 Becktacular without disrupting the ‘working’ and improved method / style of play?

    Would you start Beck?
What about going with Beestin & Roberts up front and Fadera starting on the right?
To play or not to play?
    Over to you Stan.

Hopefully Whitehall ain’t too badly injured – could be the end of our aspirations of promotion if he is?

Why play Mo on the right when he’s a left winger? I can hear the ‘square pegs in round holes’ arguments already.

Could he do a job up top with Beestin?

No, it would take 5 or 6 games before we stopped lumping it upfield expecting to win headers.

Doesn’t anyone think are lack of winning second balls particularly in midfield for a team lying second in the league is shocking cos I do? Sorting the forward line out without Whitehall is one thing but until we get a proper arse kicker in midfield to win tackles and second balls we will continue to look vulnerable to the likes of Curzon.

Clunan is like the curate’s egg but he does lack the strength I’m talking about.

Didn’t know dogs did eggs TBH, the curate origin from a Punch cartoon back in Victorian times never mentioned a dog, lol.

Almost more than any Scunthorpe United player I’ve ever seen, those who rate him can’t see what he does wrong and those who slate him can’t see what he does right.

Clunan does a certain job in a particular style and he’s inherited. Wouldn’t be my preference as his cons outweigh his pros but on his day he can be effective.

As for Mo; keep playing him as he has been. Not rocket science.
