Anyone know what’s happening with him! Is he injured or just trying to get his fitness up as he has not been seen for nearly 2 weeks.

He scores too many goals, so obviously a liability!

I’ve heard he’s just come back from a knock and wasn’t risked this week.

Daniel is shown in the latest training pics from today so yes he’s fit. I also saw Nthle in the last few training pics so he’ll be getting his fitness up.

I haven’t seen Hallam though in any of the pics so he’s obviously crocked again. Surprise, surprise. I know he’s not meaning to be injured all the time but as soon as we get taken over and we have a bit of money to play with, he needs paying up and removing from the squad..may as well use his wage on somebody who can stay fit for more than a handful of games.

Paying up contracts is not that simple.
If I have a contract for the next ten months – why should I allow it to be paid up?
It may be in my interests to leave and find some other job in which case the number of months I write off is there for negotiation but …

Unlikely Hallam would choose to leave without having the full value of his contract paid up.

The chances of him getting a gig elsewhere must be close to zero.

You would have thought he’s close to calling it a day as a full time professional player if his fitness is as fragile as it appears to be. Feel sorry for the lad but keeping 100% fit to play football is a tough ask at the best of times, he maybe just isn’t physically capable of doing it, some players aren’t.

I agree IA and feel for the lad too. Cannot be a lot of fun constantly working at rehab and then back to square one every time he plays for a few minutes.

The really sad thing is after 3 years he has not played enough for us to know if he is any good or not.

This will be his 5th season with us, was in the team when we got relegated from League One…absolute madness that he got given a new 2 year deal!

The reason Sheff Utd got rid was because he was injured for large parts there too and seriously curtailed his development. What was Swannster thinking offering him a 2yr deal ?

Another one of this masterstrokes, he’s never fit and is out injured again.

Let’s hope now the Swanns are letting Turnball run things, we’ll see less and less of it

up to now Lee has been doing or trying things that Swann hasn’t done, and seems to have got Twitterites on his side at the moment.

He seems to be trying to implement some of the ideas which people have been clamouring for for years. Hopefully if there is a change in ownership, there will be some more money to support these initiatives.

Hallam is utter crap, fit or not, 27 appearances in 3 years is desirory.

Whoever gave this player a new contract given his record must be a complete f###-wit.

Saw Hallam training with Kgosi the other day separate to the rest of the squad. Such a shame as I remember being impressed on his debut against Rochdale.

If We somehow got him fit then I’d imagine he’d be our top scorer out of the current crop.
