So. The player spending/cap thing is in place for the lower 2 divisions and i belive its 1.5 million for div2? So could some explain to me how our inbred neighbours up the motorway can sign 10 new players in January thus now carrying a squad of 40!!! And they are still pursuing another by wanting to sign Giles Coke.
