I wonder if the life newbies have come up with a tag to declare themselves Non-senseofhumerist or #### for short?
August 24, 2022 at 3:28 pm #24344230 years shop steward and only 1 one day walk out. Not quite as much as the Rmt or aslef, and we steelworkers didn’t have the leverage they have, stop f ing the country up.

August 24, 2022 at 3:42 pm #243443Awaywego you and WG should nip up to Edinburgh and pick some shit up, don’t take the train though.
August 24, 2022 at 7:28 pm #243446Bloody heathens haven’t they heard of toilet’s. Let’s rebuild the wall,

Nar, think I’ll pass. I admittedly speak quite a bit of rubbish but I won’t fight you for the honour of picking it up.
Get your tweed jacket on and you can moan about labour and conservatives. I’m sure you’ll go down a treat over there.
Any luck you may be pelted over the head with a few cans of unopened Iron Bru.
August 24, 2022 at 7:47 pm #243448Not sure I understand your post Alcy. Can you elaborate please? Ignored by the opposition fans or the club?
Opposing fans.
They aren’t baiting the club.
If the opposing fans don’t gesture, chant, sing back, etc, ours will ramp it up.
They may also feel aggrieved and become annoyed. Not saying it’s right, but it is human nature
You try to get a rise out of someone, you get ignored, you become annoyed.August 24, 2022 at 8:17 pm #243450Close Crawley’s ground immediately, hundreds invade pitch don’t they no it’s illegal, Mickey mouse trophy 2nd round 10 changes to the Fulham side with 3 debutantes come on what the hell they doing, I’ll tell you what they doing, celebrating a famous win 2nd from bottom of the efl beating a premiership side whichever team they put out that’s what, long may it continue efl investigation or not. Nice to see our lads on the pitch Saturday at 3-0, 3-0 most of them probably never seen us 3-0 up.

Completely agree, make them play a few games behind closed doors if bell ends cannot celebrate a win without running on the pitch, I love an atmosphere at a game as much as the next person but it can be achieved without invading the away end and intimidating families that have come to watch the game for christ sake!

August 25, 2022 at 8:17 am #243459Closing the corner does not solve the problem merely moves it back to the Donny Road end.
August 25, 2022 at 9:06 am #243461Enough childminders in there to take their sugary drinks off them though. And they’re far away from opposition fans so will soon get bored.

A second offence ban for five years.
Third strike – Out, life ban.
August 25, 2022 at 10:48 am #243471I see Lee and the commercial team are doing a grand job re-connenting with the local community and businesses. Are fans who apologise for those last Saturday as high jinx and crap like that happy to see all that good work undone? Would I want my business associated with it? No.
Here’s one Solihull fans view:
Absolute c–ts in that corner on Saturday ruining the reputation of your club, shame the fans in the home bar were sound..!

August 25, 2022 at 10:51 am #243472Last time I ran on the pitch was against Swansea, shame on me, grandkids are itching to run on the pitch for a couple of minutes on Saturday thought it might be the game if we’d gone on and made it 5-0 I’m sure it would have happened for them, oh for some euphoric jubilation, and perhaps the East stand could muster a round of applause as well, or maybe not.

August 25, 2022 at 11:39 am #243480Barely anything to do with running on the pitch in jubilation – that wasn’t the biggest issue. You either didn’t witness properly what happened throughout the game and after, or did but failing spectacularly to twist the argument. Either way, it’s pointless.
August 25, 2022 at 11:44 am #243481Nothing wrong with euphoric jubilation. Nobody had said there is.
August 25, 2022 at 12:03 pm #243482Deerey I’ve moved on from last Saturday, I’ve agreed with everyone lads v lads and they shouldn’t have gone in their stand, read all my posts again, my last post was about Crawley and what could have happened on Saturday given the right circumstances. It’s not only me who misses the point. Please go on fanbanter and have a look at comments left after the EFL statement about Crawley, no Pat O’Cakes on there.
August 25, 2022 at 12:58 pm #243483Not difficult to miss your point if you post straight after mine which was about the club engaging with businesses, as tweeted today, and reference to Saturday, particularly as you don’t make it clear you are referring to Crawley.

August 25, 2022 at 1:33 pm #243487Watched the Rangers match last night.
Interesting to see people in the crowd enjoying a pint or two. Even having a smoke. I think it was legal stuff but with the Dutch you never know.
Struck me that if you treat people like human beings then most people act like one. Not something that often happens with football crowds in this country.
August 25, 2022 at 2:19 pm #243489no Pat O’Cakes on there.
What’s that supposed to mean??? I’m out of order because I can manage to celebrate a goal without running onto the pitch?
August 25, 2022 at 2:20 pm #243490Nothing wrong with euphoric jubilation. Nobody had said there is.
99% of us understand this mate, only 1% that doesnt.
August 25, 2022 at 6:36 pm #243497Well we might just see next season if we drop into NLN, alcohol is allowed to be drunk in the ground. Your dam right how football crowds are treated in this country especially by Humbersides finest and not forgetting south Yorkshires.
August 25, 2022 at 6:44 pm #243498Of course your not out of order Pat your entitled to your opinion, but if you look at the article you will see no one else shared it on there. Hence no pat o’cakes on there.
