Would like to echo sentiments about Robert’s. Really coming into his own now and as he approaches full fitness will start to tear up this division. Really impressed with him, half a dozen matches ago he was tentative about beating the man , not now. Kudos to him

Roberts is getting there in match fitness terms and it’s showing. Roberts will get better and better and certainly shouldn’t be at this level. I would put him in a similar bracket to Butterfield.

I think Smith will end up going back to hearts come January but was checking on Sembie Ferris earlier and he’s playing really well and hitting some real form so wouldn’t be surprised if he came back and showed his worth.

I really thought it would be a close game today against one of the other form teams in the top few in the league, but Scunny played one of their best games, and played Chorley off the park, aso well done all the players, team management and the new club owners that have brought back some smiles to our long suffering supporters.

Apart from the Tamworth, most of the other results went the way that we wished for, so keep it up guys in the busy period ahead of you, but the other teams also have the busy period facing them too, and with the depth of our squad, we should be better prepared for this, so keep it going and the very best of luck to you.

Rather lop sided view of the game from Mr Preece … especially re the first half penalty decisions.

Cheeky Chorley breathing down our necks.
As said elsewhere – it’s preferable to finish as runners up for the benefit of home advantage in the play off games.
