Could Dave have Swann in check by soliciting one of his knights on board to get at his castle?

    Very cryptic.
In a closed game sacrificing your knights is not advised.

I won’t pretend to understand what is happening. Are we in The Twilight Zone or are things looking up ? Presumably there would be a major conflict of interest if the court action is going ahead ?

I was going to say that this surely constitutes as a conflict of interest?

I’d suspect they are too confused by the complexities and illogical ways of our legal system

Interesting things getting very interesting. Beside this case when is the EGO in the High Court – I look forward to reading answers to certain questions from it. Can imagine such as ‘At what point did you think they took advantage of a gambler lacking good judgement’ ?

Have you asked your legal friend Les? I’d imagine it’s far from black and white. For it to constitute a conflict of interest, wouldn’t this new ‘Director’ need to be an official apppointment on Companies House? Otherwise could he be seen in the Judge’s eyes as no different to ‘some bloke down the pub’?

You pose an interesting question – which I certainly can’t attempt to answer, DM.

Pretty sure there are more questions than answers. Bet the odds on that are worse than us winning the league

Hilton could have Edward Marshall Hall, George Carman and Perry Mason on the board, if he ain’t got a case that convinces a judge he still loses.

…and vice versa, just for balance.
