in hope I hope we will win, but the main objective is not conceding loads of goals, Southend will play their hearts out the next two games, I am not sure we will play to win, maybe try for a 0-0 draw or low defeat, there is no buzz around the club and no motivation on or off the pitch to give supporters any optimism.

I feel strangely optimistic today.

So I think Southend will drop points meaning our routine 3-0 defeat will not matter.

Not sure yet if my optimism stretches to us having an effort on target.

Set up as two banks of five to minimise risk of conceding. Best chance of scoring will be to get in Bradford penalty area with the ball and fall over in the hope of getting a penalty.

You would think the players should be on a win bonus for the last two games to keep us in the league. But the way we have been playing you would think they are on a bonus to lose and take us out the league.

Only caught the last 10 mins. Seemed a surpassingly open game and we showed more intent going forward than we have in the previous 5 games. How the hell did loft fluff that chance?

Right, we’re safe (for this season)…we can all breathe a huge sigh of relief! That was a tense afternoon, glad Donaldson made a hash of his shot in the last minute. I don’t think my nerves would have survived a final weekend of the season with relegation hanging over us!

Never in doubt 😂😂😂. Just need Swann to come on Humberside and tell the fans we have survived the drop due to his astute Chairmanship. 🙄. Wouldn’t put it past him.
