Prior to this weeks crisis I’d have favoured a good cup run to get us to the First Round proper.

Today.. we just hope that tomorrow comes and that the club survives.

Need to play at an higher tempo, just about edged it thought they were the best team we’ve played this season, 26 from Brackley still nice to be the draw for once and it’s one less game against Scale’s ban.

Strange. Russ on Humberside said a few times what a great game it was but it didn’t sound like it from the crowd noise picked up.

Ha ha, yes, but what he was saying didn’t reflect the atmosphere I was picking up or the moves he was describing. A Fitzsimons save did sound cracking though!

Crap first half but better second and hit the post twice. As somebody above mentioned, it’s an extra game off Scales suspension. Scales has been a huge miss. Beestin will be back training next week too, so we’ll be ok.

Whitehall was poor today but he’s been top drawer for the most part this season so I’ll let him off !

Some strange comments re the game overall …as mentioned Russ Wilcox and the fella commentating said it was was on the best 0-0 s they ever seen…second half sounded a lot better than the first going by what i listened to on RH

Not really fussed re the FA cup ..a run would be nice but pails into significance against getting out the NLN ..oh and having a club at all.

To be fair I thought it was a good game one of the better refs this season, kidding though on scunny taking a big following place, mind you then again he might think 26 is a big following

yep cant see many Scunny fans traveling Tuesday .. just the ultra hardy ones.. maybe 100 max , be a few more in the league if we are still at top and have a club.

It wasn’t a classic but I thought it was a good game and fairly even, they were a good side and not diving about like Buxton, certainly missing some of our better players and both keepers making a great save each, also we hit the woodwork twice, my biggest criticism is with Clunnan, Scales and Beestin out there is a lack of shots at goal, same last week

Where’s Cribb? Good enough to play in L2 two years ago, now not good enough for the bench in a NLN team. Can’t have regressed that much surely. Is he injured? Has he gone?

iy was surprising how our midfield tired as much as ,if not more ,than theirs and we’re the full timers.
