After this mad week we have a match to play.
Sounds like another big crowd will be there. Unfortunately with the injuries I can’t see us getting a result.
Will Chris Plummer be the manager on Saturday?

After a week when things are looking a lot better off the field, it would be great if the lads go extra hard in getting a result on Saturday, after last weeks set back against Buxton.

I am going for a result of SCUNTHORPE 2 BRACKLEY 0

    Attendance of 4,582

Good luck to the lads, and once again a big thank you Michelle and her helpers in getting the club back into the hands of people that love and care for the football club, a very big well done.

With a large crowd cheering the boys on and the feel good factor between staff and players with over £68,000 being raised to help them out, I predict a home win. Also has GP been secured till the end of this month with tickets for both Spennymoor and Bishop Stortford now on sale, they weren’t available on the website yesterday?

Ogle fit and Evans back from his ban, so we’re much stronger now at the back. 2-1 to us.

Good news regarding the other players. Jason Law will be back training full tilt next week. Max’s injury wasn’t as serious as first thought so he’s only 2 weeks away instead of 4-5 weeks. Clunan 2, maybe 3 weeks until he’s in full training. Roberts is due back at the end of November. Beestin has had another tear in his hamstring so not sure. Sembie Ferris 2-3 weeks.

Chris Plummer gave the news in his pre match interview today. After match tomorrow we may be much stronger for the following match as we have a 2 week break until we play Chester. Law, Max and Clunan may be back.

    I’d done Brackley to win 2-0, 3-0, 4-0 and 3-1 at odds ranging from 16/1 to 70/1

I’d placed the bets very early in the week before the takeover.

    Now, I’m going to go:

    Scunthorpe 2-0 Brackley

There will be a right buzz amongst the players and supporters today.

It feels as if the club has been saved!

Start the new era with a 2-1 win in front of 5,036 (35 away and 1 from South Korea).

Announcement about an interim agreement over GP?

Announcement about an interim agreement over GP?

The ticketing information on the website would suggest so.

I’m bringing two. Can’t wait. Hope the arrival of the March around 2 15 doesn’t lead to turnstile issues, huge queues and a late Kick Off. Still … a healthy problem to deal with.

The takeover screwed my pre takeover bets up.

Following the takeover, I had to re-assess.

    Knew we’d win.

So so happy to have lost money – UTI !

For the second game running I wasn’t there because the Car is at the Garage, I don’t like listening on the radio because they give you the impression we rarely look dangerous, but a great result and hopefully will give Jimmy Dean a boost with his recovery, also pleased to hear Jacob Butterfield get a massive round of applause when he came off, only downside was the few who threw flares which didn’t impress the commentators

Scrappy performance, much improvement to be made. Little did it matter today, 3 points and a superb atmosphere.

Not seen so many smiles on faces in a long time, almost felt like an end of season promotion party.

We’ve got our club back, now we need our ground.

Ogle got into some fantastic forward positions today.

If only his final ball matched everything else.

Mind you if it did he would be playing 3 or 4 levels higher.

I couldn’t make the match today as I was working; I had the radio tuned in and I gotta say, the fans sounded in fine voice!!

This all has a feeling of a new begining for the club.
