Sustainability (John question.) Not enough cash coming in. 1.4m in cost £2m to run.

    Inheritance 1.7m debt. paying .

Its Tough selling GP as a venue as people just don’t think of it for weddings , had a couple of wakes etc ..

    Trying to create more events.

. Putting in money every month ,65k a month needed.

Not going part time if we don’t go up..

In periods performing on pitch , George Aikinhead , he’s a fan too and has the same frustrations when it’s been awful to watch

Matt , events proposed. “Innovative” .

Summer festival, 3 X 1 day concerts. One day something local, it seemed that fake bands might be the order and a bigger name

Fanzones too to try Raise fan spend per head.

    Focus summer festival.

8 weeks to do the pitch . Event should be before may so that pitch can be relaid

    Very high wage bill,a legacy.

    Wage bill less.

Hospitality manager , a few have applied . admitted made mistakes in that recruitment recently

Money going on bills ,might now starting to be bale to reinvest infrastructure.

Actual level of debt £120 k . Director debt going up . No figure given.

Beck, paid for. Beck didn’t effect whole budget context.

7 players taking bulk of current budget.

Not the contractor that did the pitch to blame for but club didn’t buy after care plan . Mistake by the board.

Looking for outside investment but coy about it

Quibell park might go into CIC talk.? no padding as to what use would be

Ground able to be rate free once longer lease signed

1/3 or 2/3 ( I forgot which) of match revenue goes on stewards before you start other costs.

Meeting sag , to try reduce stewards.

On pitch performance bad to watch at times ,George.

George has Spoken to Joe Henderson ,doesn’t want to get involved now . Sheepish answer

Matt Roberts , John asked about experience

Went to uni , buzz phrases, (I switched off). Old ways broken., focus on “stakeholders” , long way of saying none.

Still getting historic debts pop up, people who thought that previously they’d lost their money are nco9ntacting to retrieve it. Some of them for long term contracts ,no details given

    Redundancy payments were high.

(CIC) Not rushing to sell land as Might be better opportunity in future. No point selling cheap now

Certainly not going to pay certain players high wages next season.Caviat that some prefer longer terms than higher short term and higher wage spenders in south

Cryptic notes I made before Sam Smith’s tech police bollocked me and told me to put phone down.

There’s about £1/4m in shares available for in Michelle’s name all those fund if sold will go to the club not Michelle’s pocket. The board are keeping 20% each

Doesn’t seem right to me the trust having the meeting there in the first place. What’s up with the executive lounge.
No wonder the club the club find it tough to sell GP if they can’t even get the trust to go down there.
Do you think the board were having a dig. Lol.

Interesting about the sale of GP. I assumed that it could not be sold as it was a community interest. Is it the case that if they have consensus they can agree to sell GP and the land? Does this have stipulations that it must remain a place of football (loosely speaking!)
    Selling GP is not mentioned

I think you misinterpreted 64’s post.. I think (hope) he was referring to “selling” it as a venue for daily, weekly, monthly, one off events.

    Thanks for that.

Reinforces the point that keeping a control of costs is absolutely vital. We cannot continue looking to sign players every time we have an injury.

Evans signed a new contract under current ownership so I suspect it might be Kelly.
