Both Wrexham and Notts Co looked to me to be heading into League Two and probably only staying a season as they move into immediate contention for League One. Wrexham have financial backers and County will be having huge gates.
RR was awesome for them.
Frankly, we were not seeing sides that good last season in L2.
Credit where it’s due.
It was about them – not us.
We marmalised Wealdstone and looked superior.
I just hope that no heads go down for the next game.

Call me an idiot if you like, but I am not buying “they are a better side than us” you can play better sides and lose fighting for the cause, but to bend over and accept it like our players did on Saturday is completely unacceptable, I have seen many poor performances from Scunthorpe sides over the years but that was the worst of all by some distance.

Where was the pride? the passion? the desire? absolutely disgusting from every single player with the possible exception of Ogle.

Yes totally agree with that … got to be one of the worst performances ever by a Scunny side we were absolutely crap in every way shape n form total lack of fight or pride zilch it was an embarrassment.
Whilst im still praying for the miracle in reality its hard to see a positive outcome and rather like an old milk horse being led to the knackers yard waiting for that final bullet to finish it off..its that depressing.

Egg on a few faces taking the piss out the Cods getting beat 5 nil by a top end Premiership team in the form of their lives. Questions should be asked wtf was going on with team effort, set up and formation. But it seems there’s a sleepwalk further in to the abyss, both on and off the field. Any word or apology for that shambles from the owner and manager? We should at least be hearing or seeing the word ‘unacceptable’ somewhere in comms.

Think the majority would settle for Notts County being champions and Wrexham failing in the playoffs, that would be absolutely marvellous just to see the look on the American owners faces. With all the media hype over Wrexham this season, I’m guessing the popular press would be devastated, that would also be absolutely marvellous.
