I guess workplace bullying is ok if it’s done by one of those loyal to you.

She simply has to go, if she doesn’t she eventually will. Like Cummins their ‘sort’ can’t help themselves and trouble will find her.November 19, 2020 at 10:16 pm #197798Iron-aweParticipantOffline

Strange one, Johnson has been a bully himself in the past with his language regarding Muslim women and immigrants in general, he displayed physical bullying when he knocked that small boy over in the famous PR rugby clip when on a tour abroad I believe. Yet he appears to have been a victim of bullying himself being led by the nose by Cummings for so long and not having the courage to sack him when he clearly flouted covid rules he helped bring in himself, then lied his way out of it, despite how pathetic and hollow it all sounded. Yet he only sacked Cummings eventually because his girlfriend had been upset by the odious mans remarks about her, all very sad and two faced from the PM. I don’t expect he has the moral courage to sack Patel but if he did I would applaud him for it.November 20, 2020 at 1:07 am #197803HeathParticipantOffline

What’s the point of having these independent reviews and the National Audit office if the Tories are going to deny everything.
Best to save the time and public money having these reviews.
In the future, let’s just ask Ian Duncan effing Smith for his unbiased and “educated” opinion.November 20, 2020 at 1:24 am #197804HeathParticipantOffline

IDS, “I’ve worked with Ms Patel and I always found she was thoroughly nice to me. A bit forceful and demanding. She only called me a useless dimwit moronic imbecile once every 15 minutes – a big improvement on George Osborne who used to abuse me every 5 minutes”.
“Great guy George, he told me that I was put in charge of welfare and Universal Credit because he could rely on me to make a complete pig’s ear of it and take twice as long to implement it as a one legged hamster would. Good to know that George had put his faith in me, as well as his boot up my backside every time we met. I can vouch for all my great non-bully Tory mates”.November 20, 2020 at 1:56 pm #197811
Is the OP title you ‘levelling up’ BRI? Or is it ‘doubling down’ on me? 🤔
Or, has Alcy reached out to you, ‘in the name of balance’? 😆November 20, 2020 at 3:17 pm #197814
Nope, since this is the second instance of a gutless decision by an authority body or figure in a week, it was in my mind.
I don’t know why you want to find an agenda behind my posts, and I don’t see why you should think this is aimed at you. I don’t think I am offering balance like alcazar does. I criticise what I see fit, regardless of party. Alcy just bemoans anything Labour and whatabouts criticism of the Tories back to being about Labour, which isn’t what I do.November 20, 2020 at 4:03 pm #197819GurnelistaParticipantOffline

Good translation, Heathy!November 20, 2020 at 4:09 pm #197820
It was meant to be a joke BRI. Never mind. I’ll not bother you again.November 20, 2020 at 5:02 pm #197822
Ok. No worries. I guess I was a bit defensive about being portrayed as someone I am not as to lighten up a little!November 20, 2020 at 6:22 pm #197824
Spot on with regards to Bercow as well:November 20, 2020 at 6:38 pm #197825
Ok. No worries. I guess I was a bit defensive about being portrayed as someone I am not as to lighten up a little!
Well, I can see reading back how it could be received that way. Perhaps a joke badly executed on my part. Won’t be the first time and I’m sure not the last! For the record BRI, I have a lot of respect for your postings and enjoy seeing them.
