Some suggestions/advice/
ideas for the new owner.

1. Invitation for shares to be purchased by the trust/supporters club
2. Vote on a return of the unity badge.
3. Return of the open day in the summer
4. A new PA system
5. Tear down that terrible stadium wrap, looks tired. Perhaps look at some cladding to smarten the old girl up?
6. A fan zone
7. Revamp the ‘executive’ facilities
8. ’Pack the Park’ day. Heavily reduce prices for one of the home games, market the hell out of it and see if we can get a bumper crowd in.
9. Take cup games seriously. Our record in recent years is atrocious and it’s a vital revenue stream.
10. Build bridges. Swann did his utmost to start a battle with everyone. The council, local businesses, supporters want the club to thrive. Utilise this.

11. Improve the iron-bar in terms of a revamp and decent ale
12. Sort the catering out, it’s been shite for years

Pack the park is today no need for reduction it’s time for the people of Scunthorpe to get behind the team if they want to, there’s been regular reductions throughout the season 5 pound next week for the Bromley game and others previous, I hope next year he keeps prices at NL rather than NLN level to give the club more money.

Bring some other non family members onto the board, preferably iron fans
Let the football dept select the players to sign and pick the team
Don’t employ a family member as chief scout.
End the cycle of paying 3 managers at the same time.
Continue to invest in the academy and pathways into the first team. Much prefer giving our lads a chance rather than developing players for other clubs.
If venturing to a casino, be careful who you talk to.
Avoid building a 5* hotel in Blackpool.

Hilton getting Sharpe and Elliot on board would be common sense, wouldn’t it ?. May as well get them on board and use them in some capacity.

Didn’t take too long for the usual suspects on here to be telling the new owner how to do his new job.

Only suggesting that it would make sense involving those two as they love the club enough to want to buy it and pay the players wages for that month to stop us going bust.
