Made over £4 million profit, sure every one will appreciate why.🤔
Yes, it’s a joke. There is of course no profit, just an actual operating loss of circa £1m
Where do we find these accounts?
Where do we find these accounts?
Scrawled on the toilet wall underneath the West Stand I believe. 🤔
ground £5m loss £1m profit £4m, but where is the EFL loan? does that appear on here will it be in next year’s accounts? I don’t know the timeline for that loan – assume it will be next year
Just Google Scunthorpe United accounts, the loan was £2 million from what posters have said turns into a grant next season. Depending where you stand swanny said without the loan he would have had to put us in administration, good for some it would have left an £11 million+ debt but on time scale he wouldn’t have acquired the ground and would have left the club. I would have rather stopped playing like Dover did, took the relegation, no EFL loan, and all the players last season would (could) have had redundancy enabling us to get a complete clear out of all the dross but still have swanny, as it is we still have swanny and that same relegation as any of the 2 scenarios would have. If only!
Correction, not “from what posters have said” but from what swanny said in the accounts.
If anyone can decipher awaywego’s logic in the penultimate post, please let me know which planet you’re on. Thanks!
There was me thinking you were intelligent Deerey, what would you like explaining?.
For me Awaywego …all of it needs a re-run.

None of it mate. I’m sure it makes sense to you, and that’s probably all that matters. Made me laugh anyway and only winding you up, as I’m sure you know by now.
It’s all about choices, that’s all I was trying to get across, obviously not very well though sorry. Let’s put it this way if we had chose the Dover way we would be in a better position now if only financially.

We’re heading for Venus and still we stand tall!
