Not a chance in hell Jolley gets it. More concerned about Slade who would also be a terrible choice but more likely.

Happy with Cox, McSheff, Crozzer or Byrne but would like us to look outside former players as well.

Hill I’m not really too sure about not sure what his record is like but I’m not against him.

Young up and coming is the way to go for me same as with the players not someone who’s been sacked 4/5 times by others at this level.

Thank god the fat Scottish crook is working this time and his names not being mentioned again.

Also add the permatanned twat to the list of people who can fuck off if he still thinks he’s a manager and is sniffing around.

I’m assuming ‘realistic’ suggestions only so I’m not starting with Nige.
    1. Crozzer
    2. Sir Clifford
    A. Slade, Cook, Hill, Jolley

I’m not sure how attractive a job it would be to a manager looking for his first job, after all the odds aren’t exactly in our favour for the coming season.

It would be easy to see a scenario where a young manager lasts only 6 months here and struggles to get another job.

Chances are it will be someone totally unexpected,ie non of the names mentioned above.

Although if its Slade or Jolley God help us.

Yes please NI, that would make 2 Sirs a Lord and a President at our club, he didn’t have a bad win ratio when at Chelsea, probably need a younger manager but having said that we would get a lot of media coverage while been here and even more if he died while here.

I used to massage dogs for the Chinese in Kuala Lumpur when I wasn’t business. 100rm for a 30 minute massage – easy money. However, I would probably need to go on a conversion course for humans.

Well he’s available Pat. Left Solihull by “mutual consent” at the end of January.

3 goals doesn’t fit our equation bill, but by odd goal does.

1st choice, an up and coming manager from non league.

Avoid Cliff or McCann, firstly let them take Hull down another division, secondly they don’t have a plan B! If you want an opinion on these two just read the Hull Daily Mail, not wanted by the fans at all.

Calling someone Scottish when they are from Scotland is racist now?

That’s an interesting take on it.

I’d go with Tisdale. I wouldn’t be against Crosby being number one though with Byrne as his right hand man.

Keith Hill plays dreadful kick chase football. Slade is so poor I don’t even know where to start with him.

Not a huge Hill fan but isn’t winning more important than style given our recent record?

Given the number of new signings, dare I suggest the new man – whoever he is – will be head coach rather than manager? Wasn’t it Pochettino who early last season in a press conference dared Daniel Levy to change his title from manager to head coach as he had no say on transfers last summer?

As for the original post, I was fortunate enough to have a long chat with Nige a few months ago and he told me he’s been pushing for Crosser to get a manager/head coach job for the past year. So, for me at least, the list will go:

    1 – Crozzer
2 – Someone young and hungry from non-league such as Barnet’s Darren Currie (although he may well end up at Southend) or possibly Yeovil’s Darren Sarll. Has league experience at Stevenage but with a very, very poor side and has done a good job turning Yeovil around from slipping even further down the non-league pyramid to finish 4th in the Vanarama this season just gone.
A – Slade/Jolley and any of the “usual suspects” who bounce around the League One & Two clubs. Time for fresh blood.
