    ‘or pay some salaries even.’

Not been verified whether they’ve been paid yet or not

Would have been nice for those trusting souls who parted with their cash to at least have been kept in the loop..Just an email notifying them of the result would have been nice!..Maybe DH can enlighten me on Facebook?

I am sure I read somewhere that the first draw had been delayed but can’t find it now.

Bearing in mind DH held circa 98% of the draw tickets image the uproar announcing he had won every prize..

I do agree though the people that bought a share should have been informed re any draw result or delay as SST suggested may be the case.

Since the promotion of the scheme and the comments that DH made regarding it, I always got the impression he thought supporters should be more focused on the philanthropic nature of the transaction rather than delivery of the listed benefits. Just my take on it.

I assumed it was a way of raising the funds to pay for the stadium and surrounding land that failed spectacularly.

Hopefully it will be revisited at some time, to get the ground away from one owner should be the long time aim of most.

Still no communication regarding the 1899 club draw!..Guess the £100,000 long gone..Not fair when people have parted with nearly £2,000 and hear absolutely nothing!

We’re not a league club anymore. When will people realise we can’t do things as professionally anymore? Fans need to suck it up and stop moaning about everything.

Hilton offered to sell something he didn’t own. Caveat Emptor.

If you’ve paid for something on the premise of being entered into a prize draw which then never materialises, surely the Gambling Commission may have something to say about that?

I’ve got over a grand’s worth of Premium Bonds but every month I get a message saying “sorry no luck this month!”

Maybe Hilton should be nicknamed “Ernie” too?

Not to mention the Advertising Standards Agency.

How many seated season tickets have we sold?
Gainsborough Trinity’s ground only seats 504.
    Musical chairs anyone?

Rumour on the terrace at Tamworth was that Guiseley is the stadium fallback option, not Gainsborough.

About the same distance and travel time as Ilkeston. Surely there is a closer option with decent transport links. Doncaster would do nicely.
