About 12 years ago, I was in the Tamworth end at Blundell Park watching them fight back to draw 2-2 with Grimsby.

I had a spare weekend because Scunthorpe were in the Championship and it was an international break.

Not quite football related but Tamworth related! :)
Famous for 2 escaped Pigs – anyone else remember the story?
The pigs were eventually recaptured and purchased by the Daily Mail newspaper who saved them from slaughter.
BBC made the story into a film ‘The Legend of the Tamworth Two.
