To plagiarise Kate Bush
Oooh he’s here again
The man with a grudge on his back.Just how I feel about IB and his persistent constant agenda, just saying

September 19, 2023 at 11:13 am #272665It’d be a grudge if IB were filing these his or herself or alerting the whole of Scunthorpe to them. Just because you want to ignore basic facts and their implications doesn’t mean that IB is wrong for relaying them.
They aren’t incidental, either — these charges are the sort of thing that exmplify what’s happening with the club and are indicative of its financials health and chances of survival.
If you don’t like the posts, feel free to ignore them, but that won’t make it so that anyone with legal authority is doing so.

September 19, 2023 at 11:19 am #272666You can call this an agenda as much as you like but these people/businesses are obviously owed money by us and should be paid. If it were me that I was owed the money to for goods or services I would need and want to be paid as I am sure you would iron-awe. The problem is it appears to me and in my opinion that DH doesn’t have the money or the will to pay what the club owes which is now owned by him. If he had the money to pay Swann for the stadium and land which is what he told Swann he would do we,SUFC, would not be in the mess we are in now. Simon and Ian were at the least very honest and said they did not have the funds to purchase our Club together with the stadium and land. This is where being dishonest gets you!!!!!

He hasn’t got the money, seemingly. Backing him won’t be save the club. I wonder what will be the excuses for this, because it won’t be his fault, apparently.

You can add Jerry and Andy for trying to charge £25 for a Supporters coach.

September 19, 2023 at 11:33 am #272673Wait, Jerry is now the enemy? It will be ridiculous if Hilton and his cultish followers claim Jerry should go support another club and wants the club dead.
September 19, 2023 at 11:37 am #272674Well that ceretainly triggered a few, nice.
September 19, 2023 at 11:39 am #272675£25 is a reasonable price for that journey.

Oh dear.
From bad to worse:“A claimant with a judgment debt is free to issue a Winding-Up Petition to enforce payment. But if the debt is undisputed, they can sidestep the CCJ and petition for the debtor-company to be wound up.
The issuing of a Winding-Up Petition immediately triggers Section 127 of the Insolvency Act 1986. This forbids directors from taking several actions, including making payments from the company’s bank account(s) without first obtaining the court’s permission.”

Well, stuff like this would to be fair. He can’t blame Swann, moaning fans or others for this one.

September 19, 2023 at 12:36 pm #272684IPM…were these the security company illegally hand-cuffing fans last season?
September 19, 2023 at 12:37 pm #272685No that was a more local compost
September 19, 2023 at 1:10 pm #272687Why not just add a £ to the admission and knock them off as they come along.

September 19, 2023 at 1:16 pm #272688This what is happening at Scunthorpe & Southend just should not be allowed to happen to clubs , I think everyone can agree on that – It’s just not right is it ?
Even the situation with Swann should not have been allowed to happen – there needs to be better legislation and financial guarantees from owners that just does not allow for clubs to end up in such a mess .
The governing bodies in general really needs to do better , I would almost blame them as much for the situations at all the clubs that end up on their arses as it should be so much better governed .

Do we need to worry?
Southend have faced 30 of them.1 user thanked author for this post.
September 19, 2023 at 3:53 pm #272701We might not have to worry too much at present about being wound up but if we start incurring points deductions then we could be stuck in NLN or worse for years.

after it emerged the club has been served with a winding-up petition.
It’s been issued by Intelligent Protection Management Group – we have also approached them for comment. So that’s what it takes to get RH interested in United?
September 19, 2023 at 5:27 pm #272710I wouldn’t assume they’ve not been interested. Perhaps just very wary of getting too involved?
September 19, 2023 at 5:31 pm #272712If you’ve pasted a Twitter link from RH CT, I assume you’ve seen some of the abuse and threats received by genuine supporters who have asked a lot of questions and raised concerns since April / May onwards?
September 19, 2023 at 5:33 pm #272714What like Deerey giving a commentary on all our games.
September 19, 2023 at 5:38 pm #272715Off field matters awaywego, like the off field matter tweeted about above. Sorry, thought the crux of it was self explanatory. Ah, well.
September 19, 2023 at 6:06 pm #272725But like on here people not really interested in the football. And that’s not you Deerey you are here through thick and thin.

No Deerey, I don’t do SM. It was intended to show my disdain for RH and their priorities as I see them.
September 19, 2023 at 7:05 pm #272740I’m confused that you say you don’t do SM but have pasted a twitter link CT? Anyhow, never mind. It’s hardly a brownberg.
