The scientists and the Government do deserve credit for the vaccine roll out. Anyone who saw Whitty’s excellent slide on yesterday’s briefing should conclude that we need to get all over 50s vaccinated before any major changes to the current restrictions.
Of course 50 to 70 Tory MPs will be demanding that their party kill more of our citizens. Not satisfied with 120k, who will notice if another 30-40k die because of releasing restrictions too early?
The vaccine is Johnson’s golden ticket. He isn’t going to divert vaccines away from the British people, it’s not in his own interest. He is clearly demonstrating put Britain first, without the need to say it!!
Sad but true to say, he will have the support of a large majority of the British people to vaccinate the Brits first.
