It’s true that cloth masks are not as good as medical masks, but they are better than no masks at all, especially if used correctly (i.e. washed after use and worn correctly), and cannot be therefore dismissed as dog mess.
As for people rightly protesting. Those protesters consisted of anti-vaxxers pushing their dangerous rubbish which has undermined healthcare to the point that measles has made a comeback, cranks wittering about 5G and a ‘plandemic,’ NWO conspiracy theorists, believers in lizard men and the British Union of Fascists. They were hardly men of the street and shouldn’t be used as credible voices of opinion.
