Is anyone who thinks negatively racist? No, but I am sure those who are have little sympathy with the plight of the refugees on the Channel, and as a greater proportion of Brexiters have less sympathy I’d imagine there are more racists in that part.
Therefore, I’d argue it’s not true to say “there’s racism on both sides” in this issue, and for the wilfully obtuse, this is not me saying Brexiters are all racist, but that the racists among us tend to lean more that way than Remain, as has been touted on here by some.
