Former Scunthorpe defender Jacob Bedeau has joined Premier League side Burnley on a free transfer.
Bedeau, left Scunthorpe following the expiry of his deal at Glanford Park with the Iron deciding against taking up the year option in his contract.
The 21 year old joins Burnley on a two-year deal, with the option of a further 12 months, and will initially start his the club’s Under-23 set up.
The former Villa youngster played over 50 times for the Iron since 2019 and was linked with a host of clubs including Luton Town, Barnsley and Rotherham United earlier this season.
